From San Francisco they flew and Nashville they landed, Whitney and Chris are the picture of what true love and family means. They decided to get married near Chris’ family; his mother has early-onset Alzheimer’s. Their wedding took place at Arrington Vineyards, just outside of Nashville – one of the most beautiful and scenic locations for an outdoor wedding. The weather and setting could not have been more perfect, from the blue sky to the green vineyards, ripe with grapes.
Whitney is a natural beauty; she is gorgeous – both inside and out. Chris is her perfect fit, strikingly handsome with a kindness that shows. I could not have asked to photograph a more beautiful couple.
Her dress! Gorgeous with its open back and intricate detail and pattern, Whitney’s dress was made for her and she absolutely stunned. No one can ever compare to her beauty.
With an amazing group of girlfriends by her side, the day started full of laughter and contentment as everyone prepared for the day ahead.
While the girls were having fun, the boys paid tribute to one of their friends who passed away.
Downstairs, Whitney wowed her friends as she stepped into her beautiful wedding dress.
Chris patiently waited outside of the house, and the love and happiness on his face was so heart-warming to see.
We made our way to vineyards for formal portraits.
We also made our way to the gorgeous barn, part of Lilac Farms, Arringtonton Vineyards.
Arrington Vineyards is a magnificent place to have a wedding. I definitely made use of all the greenery that surrounded us, and it complimented the beautiful floral bouquets.
Whitney and Chris are well-loved.
Family is so important to Chris and Whitney, and these family photographs are some of my favorite. Being able to capture Chris’ mom’s beautiful smile was so wonderful.

Their first dance . . .
Then, the man who showed Whitney how to dance – her father – showed off his dance moves!
With the help of his sister, Chris danced with his mother and it was so sweet.
With beautiful decorations and ice cold mixed drinks, everyone had a blast at the reception.
The best man and maid-of-honor gave fun toasts that made the couple smile and laugh. Those are the best kinds of toasts!
Everyone gathered together for a big group photo.
