Ann and Adam live in St. Louis, but they travelled to Nashville for their wedding last October. Nashville weddings have my heart, y’all. There’s something sweet about Southern celebrations, and the party is always SO. MUCH. FUN to capture!
This Nashville wedding combined the traditional with casual elegance. Ann and Adam were married in a traditional Catholic ceremony at St. Philip Catholic Church in Franklin, followed by a fun-filled reception at the ballroom at the Embassy Suites Cool Springs. There were delicious cupcakes, a buffet of Southern food for guests to enjoy during dinner, amazing music from one of my favorite Nashville DJ’s – High Tone Entertainment – and a photo booth just outside the ballroom. It was an awesome day!
Ann and Adam opted not to have getting ready photos, so I arrived at the church before their Catholic wedding ceremony. What a gorgeous church to get married in! St. Philip Catholic Church in Franklin is beautiful with amazing light. After their wedding, we captured a few wedding party photos and bride and groom portraits. Ann and Adam didn’t want too many formals – they wanted to enjoy their wedding day with their friends and family. We took a trolley over to their reception venue – the ballroom at the Embassy Suites Cool Springs, where guests had a fabulous time!
I loved the high-fives that everyone gave Ann and Adam for their exit later that evening! This wedding was amazing in so many ways!
