Valerie and Kyle's beautiful wedding at the Missouri Botanical Garden in August was one of the highlights of my summer! The weather was breathtakingly beautiful. Green and hot, but not too uncomfortable. It was a classic and elegant wedding with a more streamlined approach. I loved the greenery and simple elegance of the white flowers of Valerie's bouquet, and the simple arrangements that decorated on the tables at their reception at the Spink Pavillon. Just classic and pretty!
The bride and groom didn't have a wedding party, just captured some portraits with their family and friends before the ceremony. It was such a wonderful and sweet day!
We started the day with getting ready at the Hilton Frontenac Hotel with just Valerie, her mom, and her best friend. Her elegant dress looked like it was made for her. I loved how it swooped in the back! She had a beautiful first look with her father, who was all smiles for his daughter! Afterwards, we headed over to the Missouri Botanical Gardens, were she and Kyle had their first look. He had the biggest grin on his face, and it was magic to capture! We captured a few portraits in the park before we took immediate family photos near the Spink Pavilion.
They were married at the Japanese Gardens, in front of the large lake. A green and just perfect ceremony location with the prettiest lighting! Then guests danced the night away at the Spinker Pavillon during their reception. Everyone had the very best time, and it was such an amazing day wedding from beginning to end!
I loved this Missouri Botanical Garden wedding so much, and I hope you will too!
