Nashville Union Station Hotel Wedding: Jennifer & William

Jennifer is one of my favorite brides! We share a love of Hanson (you know, of Mmmbop fan – yeah, I have no shame in professing my love for them!) and we’re both shih tzu mamas. Jennifer and William lived in New York when they first booked me, and now make Texas their home. They love the city of Nashville and wanted to have a destination wedding there. And it was an amazing day!

The two first met as freshmen at the University of Cincinnati. They lived in the same dorm, on the same hall, and met their second day of college. They became good friends before friendship blossomed into romance. They have been together for seven years and love each other more every day. As Jennifer tells me, “What started as an instant connection and close friendship soon after became what would be a life long relationship. I was raised in the South (North Carolina), in a suburb of a growing city, while Will was raised a country boy in a very small town in Ohio which has only helped us grow together and experience new things. He took joy in taking me to his hometown fair, and oktoberfest, and pretty much all of the events that happen in a small town where everyone knows everyone while my love of travel and Disney has lead us to taking some of my favorite trips together. Now living together (across 3 different states! – Ohio, New York and now Texas), with our two dogs we got together and buying our first home, we’ve already built such a great life together and we can’t wait to see what we experience together next!”

Jennifer chose maroon and gold as her wedding colors, and it was perfect for a fall wedding. They had a first look before their wedding, and we had plenty of time to take bride and groom portraits and wedding party photos beforehand. The decor was very simple, only a vase of flowers on each table, and a table with props for phone selfies and an instant camera, and everyone danced the night away.

I loved celebrating with Jennifer and William, and I absolutely love these photos on an amazing fun day!
