I loved photographing Chelsea and Kyle's Nashville wedding at the Riverwood Mansion. This Nashville wedding venue is so beautiful for portraits. It has the look and feel of an old Southern mansion, and it's so, so, so perfect for a beautiful, intimate wedding or elopement. I was so excited that we were able to use it as the backdrop for their bride and groom portraits after their wedding ceremony in Clarksville, TN.
I first met Chelsea and Kyle during their St. Louis engagement session in the winter, and then they got married in February at the Riverwood Mansion. I'm so excited to share with you the images from this Nashville wedding day. I loved everything about it - from Chelsea's wedding dress to her amazing veil. There were smiles all day, and it was such an honor to capture their special day.
Chelsea and Kyle's wedding day started at Hilldale Church of Christ in Clarksville, their family church. They were married in front of only 40 guests. Afterwards, everyone headed to Riverwood Mansion in Nashville for the reception. It was a cloudy, cold day, which is typical for February in Nashville. (It rained later in the evening, but luckily, we were all inside for the reception at that point. I'm so thankful for the gentleman that escorted me to my car in the pouring rain at the end of the night.)
There's so much that I loved about this wedding, but I'll let these images speak for themselves. It was such an unforgettable wedding day!
