Maggie and Matt are married! I was so excited to photograph their Old Warson Country Club wedding! This was a glamorous black and white affair that exuded elegance! I loved the black and white bridesmaids dresses, which looked amazing next to Maggie's Sarah Seven wedding dress. I loved the draped off-shoulder romance of her dress. It was so unique and beautiful, and it just was perfect for her! I photograph many wedding dresses, and this has to be one of my favorites this year!
The Old Warson Country Club has so many amazing areas for portraits - we took a golf cart and went all around for beautiful light and gorgeous bride and groom portraits! I loved playing with her veil for her wedding portraits. I love the low and elegance of the entire wedding vibe. The simplicity of the calla lilies for the bouquets added a very classic feel to the entire day.
The weather in October was so lovely. Not too cold, and not too hot, and it was a sunny day! It was the best day for a wedding. I love all these wedding photos so much!
Maggie wanted a film look to her wedding photos, so we shot in both film and digital for these photos (which was really fun for me). All the blacks and white have grain (and some of the color photos too) to emulate the look of film.
Enjoy my favorites from this amazing wedding day!
