Lauren and Mike had the most beautiful Piazza Messina wedding this past October. Piazza Messina is a wedding venue in Cottleville that has always reminded me of Italian elegance. It's a great venue for any Missouri wedding.
I loved every moment of this special day. The happy tears from Lauren's first look with her mother and grandmother are some of my favorite memories. The little flower girls were so darling. During the getting ready portion of the day, they twirled and danced and had a great old time! I still can't get over Lauren's beautiful wedding dress with its really unique back. The beautiful bouquets added such a lovely touch to this special day. Mike looked handsome in his suit and his smile when he saw Lauren is just so wonderful.
Every photographer dreams of having a wedding like this. This St Louis wedding was truly a delight to photograph from beginning to end.
I loved getting to know this couple, from their Chicago engagement session to their wedding day. They are a joy and such kind souls. Lauren and Mike met at Mizzou and were friends for four years until they finally admitted their feelings for one another. They began dating their senior year, and they had a long distance relationship for a few years, before finally reuniting in Chicago, where they live now.
They had such a fabulous celebration of love at their wedding at Piazza Messina. Anyone who meets them will see how madly they love one another.
