Did you know that in some cultures, rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck? It might not feel that way, but the rain doesn’t have to ruin your wedding. Spring is one of my favorite times of year, but it can also be unpredictable when it comes to the weather. Some Aprils are dry, others are pretty wet. Unfortunately for Kathryn and Matthew, it poured on their April wedding day. We made the best of it. We took photos underneath bridges and porches, used umbrellas to keep us dry, and ran in and out whenever the rain stopped for a minute. It was a beautiful wedding, and the happy couple and their bridal party had a blast during photos, and their guests enjoyed a very fun-filled wedding reception!
Matt and Kat married at St. Mary of the Seven Sorrows Church in downtown Nashville with a beautiful, simple wedding reception at The Reserve at Fat Bottom Brewery. It was a classic wedding day that was filled with so much fun. All their guests were so nice and so full of joy throughout their day!
Enjoy these highlights of their amazing day!
