I loved capturing this St. Louis wedding at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church and the McPherson wedding venue in the Central West End. It had all the elegance of a classic wedding day, from Adelaide's timeless wedding dress with beautiful sleeves to her traditional white florals. I loved that they were married on Saint Mary Magdalen's feast day, so their reception tables were decorated with beautiful Catholic imagery of St. Mary Magdalen. It was really so very special!
I loved getting to meet Tim and Adelaide and share their special day with them. Adelaide had a bridal session about a month before her wedding day, so I got to see her beautiful wedding dress beforehand, which was so amazing. I love classic long sleeves on wedding dresses, which is not very common anymore. But they are so beautiful and elegant to capture!
We got ready at the McPherson wedding venue, where Adelaide had a first look with her dad. The bride and groom opted not to have a first look until she walked down the aisle, and I loved getting to see Tim's face light up when she walked towards him. He was so full of joy! Their wedding ceremony at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church was traditional and so very beautiful. Their wedding reception at the McPherson was also so much fun! I love all the wood paneling at this St. Louis wedding venue.
